Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Orders are packed with care (and probably a little pet hair magic) within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order heads out.

Returns: If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not vibing with you or your pet, reach out within 7 days and I’ll make it right. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item was defective.
