Thank you for shopping with Bandithaus! Here's everything you need to know about your order's journey to you.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) 

BanditHaus offers simple and reliable shipping options for all orders. Freeze‑dried treats ship anywhere in the United States using USPS calculated rates, which are based on package weight and distance to ensure accurate pricing at checkout. Non‑treat items ship with a flat rate of $4.99, and orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

We also offer free local delivery within a 6‑mile radius of our Wichita location for orders of $20 or more. 

International Shipping International shipping is available for non‑treat items to Canada at carrier‑calculated rates.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@bandithaus.shop and we'll make it right.
